Step into the rhythm of New York-style Salsa often called "Mambo" or "Salsa on 2". This course will focus on musical understanding and timing, history of salsa, elements of mambo, and fundamentals of the dance, in both open footwork shines and partner dancing.
West Coast Swing is a dance style that captures the essence of smooth movement. Whether you're grooving to contemporary hits, classic blues, or funky jazz, this dance has the power to adapt and flow with whatever music you love.

That's Argentine Tango!
An iconic dance style born in the streets of Buenos Aires, with its rich history dating back to the late 19th century, Argentine Tango blends influences from African, European, and Latin cultures, creating a unique fusion of music and movement that’s both intimate and expressive.
Modern & Ballet blends the structure of classical ballet with the freedom of modern dance. You’ll experience graceful lines, expressive movement, and flowing combinations that connect strength with artistry. Whether set to classical pieces or contemporary music, this style helps you move with both precision and creativity.
Progressive group lessons are designed to grow your skills week by week. You’ll build a strong foundation while learning the essential techniques that make this such a unique dance style. We’ll explore both open footwork (“shines”) and partner dancing to help you move confidently on the dance floor.
Every Saturday, join fellow Salsa dancers for a relaxed practice session where you can sharpen your skills, try out new moves, and enjoy more time on the dance floor. Expect great music, a friendly atmosphere, and plenty of space to grow at your own pace.
The Course Member App gives you access to all the theory covered in class along with videos of the basic moves—so you can revisit the material anytime and keep practicing what you’ve learned.
